# Belegungskalender und aktuelle Gäste

1. Öffnen Sie den Aufenthaltskalender aus dem Menü.
2. Navigieren Sie auf den erforderlichen Zeitraum und wählen Sie die tägliche, wöchentliche oder monatliche Ansicht.
3. Beschränken Sie die Ergebnisse mit Such- und Statusfiltern.
4. Wählen Sie einen Aufenthalt aus, um Gäste, Termine, Notizen und den Nachtpreis zu überprüfen.
5. Nach Änderung der Periode oder der Filter bestätigen Sie, dass die Ergebnisse mit der neuen Auswahl übereinstimmen.

Die CSV-Ausfuhr enthält für den gewählten Zeitraum gefilterte Einheitenabschnitte. Print / PDF öffnet den sichtbaren Kalender im Druck-Dialog des Browsers. Wählen Sie ein PDF-Destination aus, um es als Datei zu speichern.

Verwenden Sie aktuelle Gäste, um laufende Aufenthalte und geplante Abflüge zu verfolgen. Die Suche, die Auswahl des Fußbodens und das Startdatum sind in der Seite-Header. Erweitern Sie den Header, wenn die Steuerungen verborgen sind. Anpassung der Zeitnavigation, des Status, der Anzahl der Tage und der Kontrollen für leere Einheiten nach Bedarf.

Unterscheiden Sie die geplanten Termine von den tatsächlichen Ankunfts- und Abreisezeiten. Früher Check-in und Zimmerbewegungen können die tatsächlichen Bewegungen von dem geplanten Zeitraum unterscheiden.

Bevor Sie davon ausgehen, dass eine Aufzeichnung verschwunden ist, entfernen Sie den Hotelbereich, Datum, Boden, Status und Suchenfilter und überprüfen Sie erneut.
