# Calendar and current guests

## Stay Calendar

![Stay Calendar](https://582852079-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FH3QewPp8q2H0UbFFNMYS%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-9f2ac34ecef3e29715893953b4dd486f53b9909e%2Fcalendar.png?alt=media)

1. Open Stay Calendar from the menu.
2. Navigate to the required period and choose the daily, weekly or monthly view.
3. Narrow the results with search and status filters.
4. Select a stay to inspect guests, dates, notes and the nightly price.
5. After changing the period or filters, confirm that the results match the new selection.

CSV export contains filtered unit allocations for the selected period. Print / PDF opens the visible calendar in the browser's print dialog. Select a PDF destination to save it as a file.

## Current Guests

![Current Guests](https://582852079-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FH3QewPp8q2H0UbFFNMYS%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-a68dc04dc962996b77366851c4743fad0c9e9ca0%2Fstays.png?alt=media)

Use Current Guests to track ongoing stays and planned departures. Search, floor selection and the start date are in the page header. Expand the header if those controls are hidden. Adjust period navigation, status, number of days and empty-unit controls as needed.

Distinguish planned dates from actual arrival and departure times. Early check-in and room moves can make actual movements differ from the planned period.

Before assuming a record has disappeared, clear property, date, floor, status and search filters and check again.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.interaktifotel.com/en/daily-operations/calendar-and-stays.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
