# Personel ve yetkiler

**Nereden açılır?** **Personel Tanımları** ve **Sistem Logları**.

## Personel hesabı hazırlayın

1. Yetkili hesabınızla Personel Tanımları'nı açın.
2. Yeni personel oluşturun veya mevcut kişiyi düzenleyin.
3. Kimlik/giriş alanlarını ve görünen personel bilgilerini doldurun.
4. Görevine uygun rolü ve erişeceği tesisleri belirleyin.
5. Kaydedin; personelin doğru işletmede kendi kartıyla giriş yapabildiğini doğrulayın.

Birden fazla çalışan için aynı hesabı kullanmayın. Böylece işlem geçmişinde kaydı kimin yaptığı anlaşılır ve görünüm tercihleri kişiye ait kalır.

## Menü veya işlem görünmüyor

Kişinin rolünü ve tesis erişimini kontrol edin. Başka bir tesiste çalışması gereken personelin yalnızca rolünü değiştirmek yeterli olmayabilir; tesis kapsamı da doğru olmalıdır. Personel güncelleme/silme işlemleri açık oturumları sonlandırabilir; kişi yeniden giriş yapmak zorunda kalabilir.

## Sistem Logları ile değişikliği bulun

1. Sistem Logları'nı açın.
2. İlgili dönem, işlem veya kayıt için ekrandaki filtreleri kullanın.
3. İşlem özetini, oda/tesis bilgisini ve personeli inceleyin.
4. Önce/sonra alanlarını karşılaştırın; iptal veya tadilat gerekçesi varsa okuyun.

Başarısız işlem başarılı değişiklik kaydı oluşturmaz. Eski kayıtlarda olmayan ayrıntılar sonradan üretilmez. Log ekranını kayıt geri alma aracı gibi kullanmayın; düzeltme gerekiyorsa ilgili iş ekranındaki düzenleme/iptal işlemini uygulayın.
