# 使用和解讀報表

在左側選單中開啟報告. 報告可用於管理員和企業管理職位,在其酒店分支機構的訪問範圍內.

## 準備一份報告

1. 選擇你需要的報告. 開始從管理總體圖片.
2. 設定開始和結束日期. 截止日期包括在內.
3. 檢查酒店分支和貨幣選擇, 縮小其他過 ?? 器.
4. 閱讀總結卡,圖表和表.
5. 如果沒有結果,首先檢查時間和過 ?? .

一個查詢可持續366天. 如果達到資料量限量,縮短該期限並建立單獨的報告. 報告日期使用伊斯坦布林時區.

## 收入和收到的錢不同

住宿收入與提供服務的夜晚有關. 收到的付款與貨幣到達時有關. 在兩項措施中,今天收到的未來月住宿資金不必出現在同一日期.

貨幣不會自動轉換,也不會被合併成一個總數. 經營業績不包括稅收和融資後的淨利息. 單位級成績僅包括單位分配的費用;單獨檢查未分配的費用的情況.

## 閱讀佔用率

物理容量和可銷售容量使用不同的命名器. 銷售關閉的單位可能會影響結果. 歷史容量變化沒有被儲存,因此歷史佔用率計算依賴於當前的物理定義. 客人數量和客人容量不同.
