# 疑難排解

## 房間是乾淨的,但檢查顯示它很髒.

1. 錯誤中的單元程式碼與卡進行比較. 它可能是指另一個酒店分公司或連線床.
2. 確認酒店分店和預訂.
3. 重新整理和檢查目前的清潔標籤.
4. 如果房間實際上已經準備好, 檢查清潔是否成功.

## 檔案語言是空的或PDF生成失敗

檢查選擇的語言是否有模板標題和體格. 對於PDF錯誤,管理員可能需要檢查伺服器側的PDF元件. 報表/報表瀏覽器列印與伺服器生成的客戶/文件PDF不同.

## 在支援請求中,我應該包括什麼?
